Self Service Wash Policy

Last wash 45 minutes before closing time.

FLEAS and SKUNK: Please call before bringing in your dog for us to make the right accomidations, which might include an after hours bath.

By entering into and using the self-serve pet wash area, you agree to waive all liability against Canine Clean and its owners for any injuries to you and your pet, damages, and lost items.
House Rules

All pets entering our facilities are required to be up to date on vaccinations.

Dogs must be leashed when not in the bathtub or gated room. Keep flexi leashes locked while in the building.

Loop restraints are provided and required in the tub to prevent your dog from jumping out.

Take care of equipment like it is your own.

Notify staff if there is a mess or accident and they will promptly clean it.

Remember that there are other pets in the building, for the safety of all, keep control of your pet.

Not all pups in our store are used to being around children - for their safety, please keep them with your pack!

Leave all items at the station when done. Staff will clean the tubs, don’t stress about it!
Cold Weather Policy
When the weather is unfavorable to dogs, we will not be open. This includes cold weather where the temperature or real feel is zero or in the negatives. If there are any storms expected with tornados, hail, or high winds please check before coming in. Updates are posted on our facebook and google business page. We take the safety of all our furry friends very seriously!
Refunds & Returns

If you paid for your dog to get a wash, either by prepaying online or in store, and your dog refuses to even get in the tub we can refund via the same payment method you orginally used or add a credit to your account for a free wash next time you come in.
