Service Description
The bath will take approximately an hour, at drop off we will be able to give you a better time estimate. This is because dogs with certain coats take shorter/longer than others. When they are about 20 minutes from being finished we will give you a call to let you know!
Cancellation Policy
Dog Wash & Blow-Dry Policy Our dog wash service includes bathing and blow-drying only. We do not offer haircutting, trimming, shaving, or styling as part of this service. What’s Included: Bath using shampoo and conditioner suitable for your dog’s coat and skin Towel drying and professional blow-drying Light brushing as needed to assist with drying Gentle external cleaning of the eye and ear areas What’s Not Included: Haircuts or trimming of any kind Dematting or removal of heavy tangles Nail trimming or grinding Anal gland expression Veterinary or medical services Health & Safety Requirements: Dogs must be up to date with rabies, distemper, and bordetella vaccinations. The records must be presented before appointment for records. Dogs must be in good general health and free from contagious conditions such as fleas, ticks, or skin infections. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or behavioral concerns before your appointment. For safety reasons, dogs that show aggressive or extreme stress behaviors may be refused service. Coat Condition: Dogs with severely matted or impacted coats may not be suitable for a wash and blow-dry, as bathing can worsen matting and cause discomfort. In these cases, we may recommend a full grooming service or veterinary care elsewhere. Owner Responsibility: Owners are responsible for providing accurate information about their dog’s health and temperament. While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and comfortable experience, all services are provided at the owner’s risk. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if we believe it is in the best interest of the dog or our staff.
